Moodle Updated and Coppermine Mods
Moodle has been updated to the newest vesion to fix some security issues that were reported. The update seems to have gone well. Nothing to see here please move along.
On the Coppermine front I updated to the lastest and greatest and added some modifications to give us more granularity in permissions. The default setup of Coppermine does not allow for instance the ability to delegate upload or approve permissions to a group of users. We had a request from a faculty member to give a student the ability to upload images into one of their albums. This seemed to me to be an usefull and necessary feature, so I found a mod that did this for us. We mod has been installed and I'm monitoring the system to make sure that it just works.
I hope to have some docs soon on how to request a moderator for your albums, and some pretty screen shots of how to use the new features.
Enjoy,
Justin
