The Earth Sciences Department at SUNY Oneonta is now the Department of Earth and Atmospheric Sciences. The new name is a better description of the department’s character and reflects recent changes in the faculty and their areas of expertise. The name also serves to distinguish us from Earth Sciences departments at sister institutions.
