As per the state’s 2012-2013 Executive Budget, the calculation of health insurance rates is changing.  As a result, Empire rates will decrease slightly (less than $1) and HMO rates will increase accordingly.  These changes will take effect beginning with paychecks dated July 03, 2012.  If anyone has any questions, please contact Human Resources at x2509.
