    Elliot Ruggles, director of the Gender and Sexuality Resource Center, successfully defended his dissertation and was awarded a PhD in Human Sexuality Education from Widener University. The title of his dissertation was “Queering Sexual and Gender Development: A Phenomenological Life History Study of People who Fall Outside Gender and Sexuality Norms.”
