    Results of the Phase II Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) were sent to the Dormitory Authority of the State of New York. According to the firm that conducted the ESA, HDR | HydroQual, 21 soil samples were analyzed for pollutants including pesticides.

Among items discussed were surface and ground water management, pedestrian and vehicular traffic, buffering between the college and residential neighborhoods, and the siting of the project.
