Approximately three dozen people attended SUNY Oneonta’s open forum at 6 p.m. in the Morris Conference Center. Among items discussed were surface and ground water management, pedestrian and vehicular traffic, buffering between the college and residential neighborhoods, the siting of the project and the southern boundary of the campus.
